A variety of high quality hardwoods are grown on the Company’s Central Appalachian properties. Our sawmill, located in Central West Virginia, has the capacity to produce 28 million board feet of lumber annually, and is currently leased to and operated by a third-party lessee.

Pardee Resources Company is committed to harvesting and reforestation programs that adhere to sound principles of forest management and conservation. Average annual growth exceeds average annual harvest, as the Company manages its forest land under the sustained-yield concept.
