Pardee Resources Company manages its properties, and the resources thereon, through the use of a comprehensive integrated property based system. The Pardee land base system utilizes engineering, accounting and mapping to track all property related revenue, expense, production, lease, ownership and mapping information from one integrated system maintained in-house.

We are always improving our information system and will soon have the ability to combine GIS (Geographical Information System) views with real-time accounting and production information by individual tract. The GIS system also gives us the ability to overlay public information sets that are a valuable tool in the management of our existing holdings and also aid in the acquisition of new properties. Having an integrated system which provides fast, accurate, accessible information enables us to be better property managers by making well-informed decisions and efficiently managing a large developing property base.
